Booking Your Session

I only book one client per day, ensuring that every session is relaxed, unhurried, and fully tailored to you.

First Steps

2. Once you've selected your date, I'll e-mail you a contract

and details on how to submit your deposit.

3. A 50% electronic deposit and signed contract are required to

secure your session date.

Choosing a Location

Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll provide a curated list of stunning locations

to choose from. If you have a special location in mind within 12 miles of zip code 33133,

it’s included in your session. Travel outside this area is available for an additional fee.

FAQ

TURNAROUND TIME

Your fully retouched gallery will be delivered within two weeks

of your session date. Need it sooner? Expedited delivery is available

in four days for an additional $150.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

If inclement weather arises, your deposit can be applied toward a

rescheduled session. Reschedules must be made within the same

calendar year. I will confirm weather conditions 24 hours before your

session to help you plan accordingly.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE FILES?

Your gallery will be delivered via Pic-Time within two weeks of your

session date. Please note that download links expire after two weeks,

so be sure to save and back up your images promptly. Since I periodically

clear client files, I cannot guarantee long-term storage of your photos.

DO I GET TO SELECT THE IMAGES?

As part of my process, I carefully curate and deliver your session's most

flattering, high-quality images. I do not include duplicate shots,

blurry images, or unintentional expressions (like blinking or mid-sentence

speaking). However, if there are additional images I believe you’ll love,

I’ll be sure to include them!

Sessions take place Wednesday–Friday, from sunrise to sunset.

Saturday and Sunday sessions are available from sunrise until 12 PM.

Please note that beach sessions must begin at sunrise or an hour before sunset.

Hi! I’m Carly, your local Coconut Grove photographer. Photography is more than just a profession for me. It is a way to preserve the fleeting, beautiful moments that make life special. My style is natural, timeless, and heartfelt. I specialize in capturing the essence of motherhood, family, and life’s most meaningful celebrations.

Growing up in Miami, I was surrounded by vibrant culture, diverse people, and stunning natural beauty. That sense of exploration has always stayed with me. Over the years, my travels have deepened my appreciation for storytelling through photography. Whether it is discovering an intimate beach cove or finding the perfect golden-hour light in an unexpected spot, I love uncovering unique locations that bring a sense of place and emotion to every session.

I believe the best photos happen when you feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated. Whether we are chasing golden light on the beach or sharing a laugh in your own home, my goal is to make your session feel effortless, fun, and truly reflective of you.

Before photography, I spent time working as a cook, which deeply shaped my approach to creativity. Cooking, much like photography, is about timing, intuition, and bringing something beautiful to life from the simplest ingredients. That experience taught me to slow down, savor the process, and pay attention to the details that often go unnoticed. This is something I now bring to every session. When I am not behind the camera, you can usually find me soaking up the sun by the ocean, tending to my garden, or getting lost in a new creative project. Whether it is interior design, thrifting vintage finds, or experimenting with new flavors in the kitchen, I love the process of creating. I believe in the beauty of simplicity, the magic of everyday moments, and capturing images that feel as meaningful as the memories themselves.
